Attack or defence?
Iran has been kicked out of an international defence show in Malaysia for exhibiting missile equipment in violation of UN rules. The Malaysian deputy prime minister described the Iranian stand as "offensive".

Or provocative although the Malaysian minister's word is more "touché".
‘Arms Fair – A place to display and sell military equipment and weapons’. What did the Malaysians expect to see at the Iranian stand? Curiously the Iranians were only banned after the US Embassy had made a formal complaint but of course that had nothing to do with the decision … honest guv!
The best form of defence is attack.
