Red letter day
How about this for a one in a million day - not only has a huge bunch of roses and lillies been sent to me but also my flight to New York, which I'd been fretting about going from T5, is in fact leaving from Terminal 4 and I've been upgraded to first class! Looking forward to some serious shopping in between meetings.

We have been hearing about T5 over here - so glad you got to avoid it for it sounds like a nightmare! You have got to wonder about the "experts" behind the whole project ...
But anyway, onto happier thoughts - have a great trip, hope you bag more than one bargain. Safe travels WW :-)

Hi all - I made it in spite of the complete chaos at Terminal 4, where most of the flights were delayed or cancelled and only had to wait an extra 3 hours. No it wasn't my b'day Mopsa, the flowers were a "thank you" present.
Glad you reached there safely. Hope your are having a good time to make up for the airport chaos.
LIlies and roses, how lovely. Flowers delivered to your home does make you feel very special. I am sure you are. I hope your shopping was very successful.
