If this deal is examined to closely, and people, who have recently been shafted for penalty charges of dubious legalty, cotton on- the whole system may come crashing down.
I agree. The very best thing would be that the BofE banged heads together as they used to and made the better banks buy the duff ones - for 10P in the £ or less. That would solve the problems.
