RIP Maggie
On this sad day I salute Baroness Thatcher for her guts and tenacity to her principles. She was a straight talker, not a liar. She wasn't a PR junky or spin doctor. She was not for turning. RIP.

One of a kind.
In an era when policy is designed by focus groups, it is good to remember that there was once a politician who believed what they were saying - and everyone else believed it because it was herself who said it.
It is interesting to read what various people have to say about her. At least she never went unnoticed. RIP.
I felt so sad when I heard the news. I don't think people realise how much good she did.
Hi JR - I suppose it depends on where they lived.
That is very true, but she ran the country as if it were a business that she wanted to save.
