My dear reader, Portinari, who has a very good nose for a drink, introduced me to Zubrowka (bison grass vodka) and Fever-Tree tonic, and jolly refreshing it was too! Happy birthday Portinari!
Gladdya like it! Don't forget the ice while te weather demands it. 'And yet I really must complain about the company's champagne - in England it is a matter of pride or habit when we dine - presumably the latter. But yet beneath an Equatorial sky we must consume it or we die and stern indomitable men have told me time and time again "The trouble with the tropics is the sheer necessity of fizz!".

Don't know the vodka, but the tonic is VERY good
It is - I hadn't had it before.
In Sweden they drink it with apple juice - a surprisingly refreshing combination. In Minsk they pour it over ice cream - a less refined use.
Skol!
Sounds excellent.

LOL Portinari! More tropical rain than sun here today.
Would I find this tipple in the depth of Cornwall?
Greetings ED - possibly with all that surfing crowd!
